Règles de la maison
- This is a residential area, quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
- Electricity is on a meter and charged at the standard rate per unit. Please be assured that you will only be charged for electricity used, nothing more.
- Check-in is at 15:00 pm, Check-out is 11:00 am
- Pets: Well-behaved pets are allowed (one-time additional 600 baht cleaning fee).
- The villa is on a hill, and may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm.
